	Welcome to the official website of Florida Association of Hostage Negotiators. Our association slogan is “For those who make the call!” Simply stated, our association is for those crisis and hostage negotiators within the State of Florida who strive to be the very best at their craft. Our association is strong and vibrant. Due to the efforts of our executive board and regional directors, our association’s infrastructure is solid and continues to improve each day. Our membership exceeds one thousand members. We are a founding member of the National Council of Negotiation Associations (NCNA) and remain an active member today. I am confident that you will find our training opportunities to be comparable to that of any other training you will find throughout the country. I have found many of our members to be training with “cutting edge” tactics and playing an active role in the positive resolution of high-risk incidents in their jurisdictions. For those of you visiting our website from outside the State of Florida, your point of contact is Bill Garrison, FAHN Ambassador at Large. For those of you from within the state, view our FAHN Regional Directors page and locate your director. I am always available to assist you as well. One reminder, please be patient, most of our directors and executive officers have a full time job and volunteer their time to FAHN.
