Vendor registration applications/fees for
the
2012 conference are now being accepted. Vendor fee is $350 for two 6'
foot tables and chairs. Additional tables are $150 each. Please
complete the attached vendor form
and forward the applicable fee to Lt. Pat Murphy at 1661 Pinecrest Dr.,
